Terms of Use

These Terms govern the use of neuralpink.com and the StickMe app, provided by MDA Games Informática (Neural Pink brand). By using the website or the app, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

1. Website

The website presents Neural Pink and its products. Its texts, visual identity, animations and code belong to Neural Pink and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Use the forms in good faith: do not send spam, illegal content or other people’s data without their permission.

2. StickMe

2.1 The service

StickMe is an app for creating, editing and exporting stickers to WhatsApp, with background removal, a layered editor, artificial intelligence features and collections that can be shared on the Explore tab.

2.2 Age and account

• The app is meant for people aged 14 or older. Teenagers should use it with their parents’ or guardians’ knowledge.
• Cloud features, credits and the subscription require signing in. You are responsible for the use of your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, without prejudice to your consumer rights.

2.3 Your content

• Your photos and stickers remain yours. Only use images you have the right to use.
• Photos of other people: only make stickers of someone’s face if that person agrees. Photos of children and teenagers require their guardians’ permission.
• So the app can work, you give us a limited license to store, process and display your content only to provide the service: syncing your collections and, if you publish a collection on Explore, showing it to other users while it is public.

2.4 Prohibited content

You may not create, upload or publish stickers with:

• abuse, exploitation or sexualization of children and teenagers;
• nudity or explicit sexual content;
• incitement to violence, hatred or discrimination;
• non-consensual intimate images, harassment, threats or defamation;
• infringement of third parties’ copyright, trademarks or image rights;
• any other illegal content.

We may remove collections that break these rules from Explore without notice, and report them to the authorities when the law requires.

2.5 Artificial intelligence

AI-generated results may contain mistakes, inaccuracies or something other than what you expected. You are responsible for what you ask the AI and for how you use the result. AI features may not be used to create content prohibited by item 2.4 or to deceive people, for example with fake images of a real person.

2.6 Credits

• Some AI features use credits. You can earn credits through the welcome bonus, the daily bonus or optional ads, and buy credit packs.
• Credits are a license to use features inside the app: they have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for money.

2.7 StickMe PRO subscription

• PRO is a monthly subscription with the benefits described in the app at the time of purchase.
• It is billed by the app store where you subscribed and renews automatically every month until canceled.
• You can cancel at any time in your app store’s subscriptions area. Cancellation applies to the next cycle; benefits continue until the end of the period already paid.

2.8 Payments and refunds

Payments and refunds are processed by the app store where the purchase was made, under its refund rules. This does not exclude your rights under Brazil’s Consumer Protection Code; if you have a problem with a purchase, talk to us through the support form.

2.9 Availability

We work to keep the app running, but it may have outages, changes or discontinued features. Beta features may change or be removed. If we discontinue the app, we will give reasonable notice.

3. Liability

The website and the app are provided as they are. To the extent permitted by law, Neural Pink is not liable for indirect damages caused by user-created content or by failures of third-party services such as app stores and messaging apps. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that the law grants to consumers.

4. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Relevant changes will be announced in the app or on the website before they take effect.

5. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of Jardinópolis, São Paulo, Brazil are chosen to settle disputes, without prejudice to the consumer’s right to sue in the courts of their own domicile.
