Last updated
This policy explains how MDA Games Informática, owner of the Neural Pink brand, handles personal data on neuralpink.com and in the StickMe app. We are the controller of this data under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018).
In short
- We do not sell or rent personal data.
- The website uses no tracking cookies and no visitor analytics.
- In StickMe, background removal happens on your phone. When you use an AI feature, the image is processed by a contracted provider and is not used to train models. The original photo is not stored on our servers.
- You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time through the privacy form.
1. The neuralpink.com website
What we collect
- Contact, support, privacy and beta forms: email, name (optional on some), message, chosen product and the page language. On the beta form, the email of the account on the app store where the test runs.
- Bot protection: the forms use a verification service that looks at technical browser signals and the IP address to tell people from bots.
- Technical logs: our servers log request data such as IP address, date and time, for security and operation.
The website does not use visitor analytics tools, ad pixels or third-party cookies. The home page animation keeps your build number only in the browser session (sessionStorage), which is erased when you close the tab; that number does not identify you.
Why we use it

| Security and abuse prevention | Legitimate interest (IX) |
How long we keep it
- Contact and support messages: up to 12 months after we reply.
- Privacy requests: as long as needed to prove we handled them, up to 5 years.

- Access logs: 6 months, as required by Brazil’s Internet Civil Framework (Law 12,965/2014, art. 15).
2. The StickMe app
Account
You sign in with an external account of your choice. We receive your name, email, profile photo and a user identifier, used to create your account, sync your collections across devices and keep your credit balance.
Images and stickers
- Images you choose: the app only accesses the images you select or take when creating a sticker.
- Background removal: done on your phone, without sending the image anywhere.
- AI features (generate, restyle or suggest captions): the image and text you provide are sent to an artificial intelligence provider we contract, which may process them outside Brazil, only to produce the result. Our contract with that provider does not allow this data to be used to train models. Our servers do not keep the original image.
- Stickers and collections: stored on your phone and in our cloud infrastructure for as long as they exist in your account. In the cloud we keep the finished stickers and the pack icon.
- Public collections: every collection starts private. If you publish a collection on the Explore tab, it and its stickers are visible to other users until you make it private again or delete it.
- WhatsApp: when you tap “Add to WhatsApp”, the stickers are handed to WhatsApp inside your own phone. We send nothing to WhatsApp.
Credits, purchases and subscription
Credit purchases and the StickMe PRO subscription are processed by the app store where you bought them. We only receive the purchase confirmation (product, date and transaction ID) to unlock your credits or PRO. We never see your card or payment details.
Ads
StickMe shows optional video ads, which you watch in exchange for credits, served by a partner ad network. That network may collect the device advertising ID, IP address and technical data to serve and measure ads, which may be personalized according to your settings. You can reset or turn off the advertising ID in your device settings.
