Data Deletion

You can ask for your account and your data to be deleted in any Neural Pink app, including StickMe, without reinstalling the app.

How to ask

1. Fill in the form below with the email of the account you use to sign in to the app.
2. Choose the app and the request: delete, get a copy or correct your data.
3. We confirm the request came from you by replying to that email.
4. We finish within 15 days and let you know when it is done.

What is deleted (StickMe)

• Your account: name, email, profile photo and identifier.
• All your stickers and collections, including those published on Explore.
• Your credit balance and preferences.

Credits and any remaining time on a PRO subscription are lost on deletion. To avoid being charged again, cancel the subscription in your app store before or after your request.

What may be kept

• Purchase records: up to 5 years, for tax and consumer protection obligations.
• Access logs: 6 months, as required by Brazil’s Internet Civil Framework.
• Data needed to comply with a court order or legal obligation.

Stickers you already sent through WhatsApp stay with whoever received them; we have no access to them.
